Prompt-Powered Deckbuilding
Build your perfect deck.
Describe the deck you want in plain English, choose your constraints, and let Cardmere handle the rest.
Builder Focus
Build Controls ? Describe the deck, set the rules you want, then generate and refine the list from one place. Guided workflow
Step 1 · Describe the Deck ? This is the fastest way to build a deck. Example: “Build me a squirrel commander deck with good ramp and token synergy.”
Prompt Build ? Type a full request here. The app will try to detect format, tribe, colors, theme, and power level automatically.
Best for most users. You can just describe the deck you want.
Price Range ? Sets a deck-level budget target for the builder. This guides card quality and pricing choices during the build, but you can still change versions later in the workspace.
Use this for the overall deck target. The advanced budget field still acts as an optional tighter per-card cap.
Step 4 · Build and Save ? Interpret Request fills in the controls. Generate from Prompt builds immediately from your text description.
? Builds the deck immediately from the request in the prompt box using the current format, power, and budget settings.
Deck Workspace ? This is your live working list. Card counts, grouped sections, prices, and deck edits update here as you build. Current shell
Cards
? How many cards are currently loaded in the working deck. Tokens and generated references do not count toward the main total.
0
Cards currently loaded in the workspace.
Target Size
? Deck size target for the active format or game. Commander usually aims for 100, while most constructed formats aim for 60.
0
Target deck size for the selected format.
Average CMC
? Average resource cost of the current deck. In MTG this is average mana value; in other games it reflects the closest deck-cost signal.
0.00
Primary deck metric for the current workspace.
Bracket Fit
? Latest target-fit signal from analysis. In MTG this often reflects bracket guidance; in other games it acts as a general fit or readiness check.
-
Fit check from the latest analysis.
Current Deck
Generated Tokens ? Tokens created by cards in your deck. These are not part of the main deck count.
No tokens detected.
Deck Quality ? Overall structure score, summary warnings, and the main strengths or weak points the current analyzer sees.
No deck quality summary yet.
Workspace Tools Active utilities
Workspace Tools ? Search your deck, find new cards, simulate games, and improve your build.
Simulation Matchup ? Changes the simulation from pure goldfish to a heuristic opponent profile like aggro, control, or boardwipe-heavy tables.
? Reviews the current deck and suggests stronger or cleaner replacements based on its plan. ? Audits structure and flags weak spots so you know what to fix next. ? Suggests resource-base changes when the deck looks light or awkward on mana. ? Runs test games or sample hands so you can see how the deck tends to play. ? Clears the current selected card and search focus without deleting the deck itself.
Workspace Snapshot ? A quick readout of the current format, quality signal, last build source, and workspace state while you tune the deck. Live readout
Keep an eye on the current format, quality, and build state while you tune the deck.
Active Format
? The current format or ruleset the builder is using for this deck.
Commander
Cards Loaded
? How many cards are in the live workspace right now.
0
Build Quality
? Latest quality-gate score or deck-health signal for the current build.
-
Target Fit
? How closely the current deck matches the prompt, colors, archetype, and requested constraints.
-
Last Build
? Shows whether the current deck came from a prompt build, direct build, import, saved deck, or another workspace action.
No build yet
Workspace Status
? Live state of the current shell, such as waiting for a deck, ready to refine, or updated after analysis.
Waiting for deck
Every suggestion stays editable. Generate first, then refine with Doctor, upgrades, swaps, shopping, and simulation.
Deck Tools
Inspect, compare, repair, search, shop, and export the current working list.
? This workspace is where you inspect the current deck, review suggestions, compare shopping needs, search cards, and import or export lists.
Insights ? Review legality, structure guidance, deck categories, and any simulation or mana/resource analysis supported by the current game.
Deck Info ? Explains the quality score, deck-health metrics, and any flagged weak spots in more detail.
Doctor ? Audit the weakest cards in your list, generate a recommended swap package, and preview how the changes affect the deck.
Balance to Bracket ? MTG-only bracket tuning that tries to tone an overpowered shell back toward the selected bracket without losing the deck's core plan.
Upgrades ? Browse suggested additions for the current deck, then choose the ones you want to carry into a swap plan.
Swaps ? Preview the exact adds and cuts the app recommends, then apply the clean swap package to the current deck.
Shopping ? Compare the deck against your owned pool to see what is missing, what it costs, and which budget paths are available.
Saved ? View decks saved for the active game, then load, publish, or remove them without leaving the builder workspace.
Search ? Review card-search results from the current game's card pool and add matching cards straight into the working deck.
Insights Overview ? Use this tab to understand how the current deck is structured before you start changing cards.
Deck Quality Check ? Shows the final quality gate review, including prompt fit, automatic repairs, and anything that still needs manual review.
No quality check has run yet.
Simulation ? Shows goldfish or matchup simulation results when the selected game supports simulation. If the game has no simulator, this area stays empty.
No simulation yet.
Legality & Format ? Checks deck size, copy limits, format rules, and structure guidance so you can tell whether the current build is valid and on-plan.
Mana Base ? Reviews resource consistency for games that have a mana or resource-tuning module, then offers a plan you can load into swaps.
? Analyzes the current resource base and prepares land or resource fixes when the deck looks uneven or clunky. ? Pushes the prepared mana or resource changes into the Swaps tab so you can inspect them before applying. ? Applies the prepared mana-base changes directly to the working deck.
Deck Categories ? Groups the current list into role or type buckets so you can spot balance problems and see where the deck is overloaded or thin.
Deck Info ? Read the deck-quality score in detail and drill into specific flagged traits or weak metrics.
Deck Compare ? Use this tab to compare the current deck against the build or loaded baseline, then reset the baseline whenever the new version becomes your reference point.
Upgrade Queue ? Suggested upgrades appear here. Pick the ones you like, then send them to Swaps so the app can recommend clean cuts.
? Pulls a fresh pool of upgrade candidates for the current deck based on its shell, goals, and constraints. ? Tests candidate upgrade packages and selects the strongest clean group automatically. ? Builds a cut-and-add plan for the currently selected upgrade cards without applying them yet. ? Applies the best prepared upgrade package directly to the working deck.
Select multiple upgrade suggestions, then generate one clean swap plan.
Balance to Bracket ? Tries to tone a deck down toward the selected MTG bracket by replacing the sharpest slots with still-playable but less efficient role fits.
Doctor Audit ? Deck Doctor looks for weak slots, redundancy issues, and structural problems, then builds a focused repair package for you.
? Runs a full deck audit and builds one or more repair packages for the current list. ? Loads the current Doctor package into the Swaps tab so you can inspect it before applying. ? Applies the currently selected Doctor repair package to the working deck.
Doctor Controls
Choose what the doctor should optimize, protect slots you do not want touched, and preview the package before it applies.
Repair Goal ? Tells Deck Doctor what kind of repair to prioritize, like overall quality, bracket fit, speed, consistency, or matchup tuning.
Package Size ? Controls how many cards the Doctor is allowed to touch. Larger packages give it more room to rebuild weak structures.
Protected Cards ? Cards locked here are treated as protected and Doctor will avoid cutting them from the current repair package.
Protected Sections ? Locks whole role buckets like lands, draw, interaction, or finishers so Doctor avoids cutting from those sections.
Find the weakest slots, load a doctor swap package, preview the metric changes, and apply or undo the repair plan.
Swap Planner ? This tab previews the deck after your planned changes so you can confirm the add/cut package still looks clean before applying it.
? Applies the currently prepared swap package from any tool that has loaded changes into the Swaps tab.
Swap suggestions are unique so cuts do not repeat.
Shopping Report ? This compares the working deck against your saved collection for the active game and summarizes missing cards, cost, and cheaper upgrade paths.
? Rechecks the current deck against the active owned-card context and rebuilds the shopping summary.
Compare the current deck against your owned pool, see what is still missing, and surface efficient upgrades under common budgets.
Saved Deck Shelf ? These are saved decks for the active game only. Load one back into the builder, publish it, or delete older versions from here.
? Opens the export workspace for the current Builder deck without leaving the saved shelf.
